Performance and Applications
1. This product is insoluble in water and easily disperses in hot water,
making it a good w/o emulsifier with strong emulsifying, dispersing, and lubricating properties. It also serves as a good stabilizer and defoaming agent.
2. In the food industry, it is used in dairy products, beverages, ice cream, bread, cakes, maltose, margarine, chocolate, etc.; in the textile industry, it is used as a spinning aid; in the food, pharmaceutical, coating, and
plastic industries, it acts as an additive and stabilizer;it is used as a
lubricant in PVC, EVA, PE, etc., with usage levels of 1.5-1.8% in PVC and 0.7-1% in EVA.
