Emulsifiers

Emulsifiers are surfactants that can make two immiscible liquids (such as oil and water) form a stable mixed system, achieving emulsification by reducing interfacial tension. Nonionic emulsifiers are a type of uncharged emulsifiers, featuring high chemical stability and being unaffected by pH.
